Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.
Ship Your Package
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure all original tags are attached and the items are unworn.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
